Important details
- Passengers ages 5+ only.
- A valid driver's license is required to drive; learner's permits do not qualify. Bring your license on the day of your tour.
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian must sign.
- Arrive fully dressed in snow pants, a winter jacket, thick winter gloves, warm winter boots, and neck coverage. Jeans, tights, skirts, and sweatpants are not permitted.
- Do not consume alcohol before your tour; you may be refused participation.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time, dressed and ready to ride.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund. Changes within 48 hours are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
