Explore North Routt National Forest on a private guided snowmobile tour designed around your group. Choose a Polaris Trail snowmobile, ride as a passenger, or ride with a guide as you travel groomed trails, snowy meadows, and mountain forests.
Arrival & Check-In: 10:00 AM (15-20 minutes) – Meet your guide, check in, and get outfitted with your helmet and gear.
Shuttle Ride to trailhead: 10:15 AM (45 minutes) – Head up to the trailhead in North Routt National Forest with your guide
Orientation (10 minutes) – Learn operation and safety basics for snowmobiles at the trailhead.
On-Trail Ride: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM (3 hours) – Follow your guide through groomed trails and mountain viewpoints, stopping for photos and rest breaks.
Return & Debrief (45 minutes) – Return to base, drop gear, and review your day’s highlights.

No prior experience is required for this private snowmobile tour. Your guide provides a safety briefing and operating instructions before the ride.
Wear warm, waterproof layers, waterproof snow boots, and warm waterproof finger gloves; mittens are not permitted. Bring goggles, water, snacks, and a camera. Wool or synthetic socks and base layers are recommended instead of cotton.
Bring goggles if you use a motocross-style helmet. Full-face helmets do not require goggles.
