Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early at the trailhead; do not go to the shop on Shea Blvd
- Bring a photo ID, sunscreen, and sunglasses
- Drivers must be 16+ with valid ID
- Complete a waiver for every participant; a parent must sign for minors, and one person per party must complete a damage agreement
- Alcohol and drugs are not allowed on the tour
- A 3.5% credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 48 hours' notice. Private tours have a $50 cancellation fee per buggy. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours; 50% refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. No refunds for corporate events within 14 days. No-shows and missed tours are nonrefundable.
