Important details
- Requires good physical and mental health, with no pre-existing medical conditions that could be aggravated by the activity, and competent swimming ability
- Participation is not permitted if your pregnancy exceeds 3 months
- Active fishing participation is subject to the captain's safety assessment of your age, physical ability, sea conditions and equipment suitability
- Complete an individual digital liability waiver before arrival. Without it, you cannot board
- Gratuity is not included in the listed price. Optional tips are given directly to the captain at the end of the trip
- Follow the captain's and crew's instructions. The captain has final authority over safety, participation and whether the charter can continue
- Illegal drugs and excessive intoxication are prohibited. Unsafe intoxication may restrict your activities; dangerous or abusive behavior may end your participation
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and pre-boarding procedures
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund, 10–29 days before for a 50% refund, or less than 10 days before for no refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Cancellations required by extreme weather deemed unsafe, life-threatening emergencies involving essential crew, or government orders receive a full refund. These exceptions require documentation and review.
