Operator decides by 7 p.m. day of program to cancel due to cloudy, rainy, or snowy weather; no charge if they cancel due to bad weather, except a 6% nonrefundable online booking fee (if booked online). Full amount charged if you cancel/rebook within 48 hours (except emergencies). 5% administration fee if you cancel/rebook after booking.

FAQs
Expect pick-up to fall between 7:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., depending on the season, your pick-up location, and the number of pick-ups that evening. You’ll receive your specific pick-up time on the day of your program.
Dress for cold nighttime temperatures. In summer, temperatures can drop below 40°F, so wear long pants, a warm jacket, closed-toe shoes with thick socks, and a hat. In winter, dress like you’re going skiing on a very cold day.
Many telescopes require a ladder to reach the eyepiece. If you or someone in your group can’t use a ladder, the operator can bring a telescope that does not require one (private programs only).
