Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe conditions, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Rain, clouds, or an unfavorable forecast alone do not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund. Late arrivals receive no refund or extension.
