Cancellation Policy
Full refund or reschedule at no cost if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather. Cancel or modify free up to 48 hours before flight time. Less than 48 hours, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Refunds process in 7–10 business days to original payment method.

Fly if you are age 6 or older (ages 6–18 must fly with a parent or guardian) and your weight does not exceed 280 lbs (127 kg). You must be in good physical shape and able to walk unassisted and stand for one hour unassisted. You cannot fly if you are pregnant, have had a hip or knee replacement within the last 2 years, have recent surgeries, or have back/neck/knee/hip/joint/bone/osteoporosis or similar physical issues within 2 years.
Plan for a sunrise flight with an early meet time (often about 2 hours before sunrise). You’ll receive the exact meeting time the day prior, once the pilot has selected the flying area. Hotel pickup is around 4am depending on the season, with return to your hotel around 10am.
Dress for the outdoor conditions at flight time and plan for temperature changes. Wear closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops or Crocs) and avoid very loose items like scarves; dresses or skirts are not recommended. Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and feel free to bring a camera, sunglasses, and a hat.
