You’ll pay a $100 captain fee on arrival directly to the captain. A $300 deposit applies and is refunded less fuel; fuel is charged separately—confirm details with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Weather: operator decides day-of to adjust time/day. If they can’t get you on the water due to weather, 100% refund. Non-weather: cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours, $50 cancellation fee.

Your boat is located at Windward at Saint Augustine Shipyard, 117 Dockside Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32084. Look for the large building labeled “Windward” just off Route 1 North.
From the Shipyard dirt lot, walk past the marina office and continue straight across the loading dock toward Asado Life restaurant. After crossing, take the ramp to the left that leads behind the restaurant to the long dock, where your captain will meet you with the boat in the water. It’s about a 3–4 minute walk.
Parking is available in the Shipyard’s dirt lot. Dock carts are typically located near the marina office to help transport your belongings. Restroom access code: 2628.
