- Crew gratuity is not included. A tip of 15–20% of the trip rate is customary; cash is preferred, and Venmo is accepted if no fees are incurred.
- Complete your waiver before arrival.
- Bring only reef-safe, non-spray sunscreen. Oils and self-tanning lotions are not allowed. Sunscreens containing oxybenzone, octinoxate, or octocrylene are prohibited in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with at least 72 hours' notice; 50% refund with less than 72 but more than 24 hours' notice. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels for weather or unforeseen circumstances. Discounted bookings are nonrefundable if you cancel; rescheduling will be attempted.
