Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. Reschedule or request a wind check until the day before the activity; same-day rescheduling is not available. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.
