- Requires crossing overwater gaps between the dock and boat and navigating a few steps

- No swimming or jumping from the vessel, drugs, open flames, smoking, or vaping

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before departure; 20% is nonrefundable. Within 48 hours, all funds are nonrefundable. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. Tours operate in light rain and typical Florida conditions; forecasts alone are not grounds for cancellation. If the operator cancels due to weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

FAQs
Bring your own drinks for your private cruise, but leave red wine at home. Bring cans or premixed drinks; hard liquor is not allowed, and mixed drinks cannot be made onboard. Service may be refused to anyone who is intoxicated.
Gratuity is not mandatory. If you choose to tip, customary charter gratuity for the captain and first mate is 18–22% of the total cruise cost.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes and bring a light raincoat, especially in summer. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and a camera are also recommended.
