- Arrive 15 minutes early
- Ages 12+ are recommended for wakesurfing
- Bring swimwear, a hat, sunglasses, and optional snacks or preferred drinks
- Leave glass, strongly colored or staining items, firearms, sharp objects, cigarettes, illegal substances, and single-use plastics behind
- Use only reef-safe sunscreen
- Follow captain and crew safety instructions; unsafe, intoxicated, or aggressive behavior may end the experience
- Weather decisions are made by the captain based on real-time conditions; light rain may not change the outing
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 72 hours of departure are generally non-refundable. No refunds are issued for lateness of 20 minutes or more, seasickness, early returns, intoxication or unsafe behavior, or failure to follow safety rules or crew instructions.
