- Without a non-US resident annual pass, non-US residents face an additional park entrance fee of $100 per person, not included in the listed price.
- Guide gratuity is not included in the listed price. Tipping is optional; the regional standard is 15–20%, and you can tip your guide in cash.
- For each child under 8, bring an appropriate child safety seat and install it yourself before departure. Guides cannot install seats.

Yes. An annual park pass covers you and up to three additional family members on this commercial tour. Bring the physical pass with you.
Dress in warm layers for getting in and out of the vehicle throughout your safari. Bring a winter jacket, winter hat, sunglasses, winter boots with warm socks, and personal essentials such as lip balm and medications. Bring a camera for photos; a small daypack is optional.
