Important details
- Medical clearance is recommended during pregnancy before participating in marine activities or vessel travel
- Bring a valid ID when required
- Complete and submit the two required documents at least 48 hours before your charter. Select one captain and one first mate from the lists provided in those documents
- Complete all digital liability waivers before your reservation date. Incomplete waivers may delay boarding or prevent participation
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances not lawfully prescribed, firearms and weapons are prohibited on board
- The captain has final authority over the route, destination, timing and activities, which may change due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns or operational conditions
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or modify by 12:00 AM at least 7 days before your charter. Cancellations outside the policy are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or safety protocols, you can reschedule without penalty or cancel for a full refund. No-shows are charged the full price.
