- Arrive by 7:45am on the morning of your tour
- Yellowstone National Park entry passes are required for everyone age 16 and older
- Bring your National Parks pass and ID if applicable; eligible passes cover up to four people on a commercial tour
- Park entry fees are not included in the listed price; without a pass, the fee is $20 per person age 16 and older at the entrance
- Non-U.S. residents are charged an additional $100 per person park entrance fee, effective January 1, 2026; children 15 and under are exempt
- No pets or guns, including concealed carry, are allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before the tour for a refund; $200 is non-refundable for private van tours. No refund for cancellations less than 14 days before the tour. Tours operate in most weather, with no weather refunds or rain checks.
