Participants should be able to sit on the floor or yoga mat.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation for a refund. Bookings made within 48 hours are final sale and non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full. Disrespectful behavior or non-compliance with policies results in automatic cancellation without refund.
