Boarding requires a ramp and a few steps, and the restroom level is reached by 4 steep steps (ladder-like). Gratuity is customary; confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your sail for a full refund. Tickets are valid only for your scheduled date and time. Changes are allowed if made two days in advance. Within two days, tickets are refunded only if the operator cancels the sail because of weather.

The operator won’t sail in heavy rain, thick fog, high winds, or thunder and lightning. They may still sail in overcast conditions, light to medium fog, and intermittent sprinkles, and they make the final call. If you don’t show up because of weather and the boat sails, your ticket isn’t refundable.
To board, you’ll navigate a ramp and a few steps. The restroom level requires going down 4 somewhat steep, ladder-like steps. If you’re somewhat ambulatory, crew can assist, and they may be able to secure a personal chair to the dock or bring it onboard if two crew members can lift it.
