    Spend two days birding around Acadia National Park. Cruise Frenchman Bay and the Gulf of Maine for puffins and lighthouses, then explore forests and marshes on foot.

    • Cruise to see Petit Manan, Mark Island and Egg Rock lighthouses
    • Look for puffins mid-May to mid-August near Petit Manan
    • Search for eagles, seals and harbor porpoise along Schoodic
    • Explore woodland and marsh trails for finches and warblers
    • Watch pelagic seabirds like shearwaters, skua, gulls and terns
    • Walk easy grassy paths for 2–5 miles

    Things to know

    This two-day itinerary may shift the boat day due to Atlantic weather; consider allowing three days locally for flexibility. Dress warmly for cooler conditions on the water. Walking is easy on grassy woodland paths for 2–5 miles.

    Starts as scheduled rain or shine; start times may be postponed up to 6 hours the same day due to weather. If severe weather prevents the tour, you will receive a full refund. Guest cancellations: full refund if canceled at least 3 weeks before; no refunds within 1 week; no-shows charged full price.
