Important details
- Be ready at the property for pickup between 7:00 and 8:00 AM; final pickup is at 8:05 AM
- Ages 6–90 only
- Drivers must be at least 18 and hold a valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Children ages 6–8 participate in the first 8 zipline cables only
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or people with heart disease, disabilities, or mobility problems
- Present the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID at check-in; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 4–7 days before for a full refund; 48–72 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations 24–47 hours before. In extreme weather such as hurricanes, choose a reschedule or full refund. With illness, a medical certificate qualifies you for a reschedule or full refund.
