• Renter must be age 21 or older
• Bring a photo driver's license for the boat operator
• Boat operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must hold a valid boater safety card, unless accompanied by a qualifying cardholder who takes responsibility for safe operation
• A $600 damage deposit hold on a credit card is required
• A fuel usage fee applies and is not included in the listed price; the boat starts with a full tank
• Complete the required waiver and wear the provided engine cut-off switch lanyard whenever operating above idle speed
• Operate only in approved inshore areas: Charlotte Harbor, Peace River, Myakka River, Harbour Heights, Burnt Store Marina, Placida, Gasparilla Island, Cayo Costa Island, Cabbage Key, and northern Pine Island near Bokeelia
• Do not operate in offshore Gulf waters, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, or southern Pine Island including St. James City. A $1,000 fee applies for operating in prohibited areas
