• Ages 21+ only to rent and operate the boat
• Bring a photo driver's license for the boat operator
• Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need an approved boating safety card, unless accompanied by a qualified adult cardholder who takes responsibility for operation
• A $600 damage-deposit hold on a credit card is required
• Fuel usage fees apply and are not included in the listed price
• Operate only in approved inshore areas; offshore Gulf waters, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and southern Pine Island are prohibited
• A $1,000 fee applies for operating in prohibited areas, with possible additional charges
• Wear the provided engine cut-off switch lanyard when operating above idle speed
• Daily rentals returned early do not receive a refund or credit
• Multi-day rentals must be returned or collected by 5 p.m. on the final day
