Important details
- Ages 21+ only to rent and operate the boat
- A valid photo driver's license is required for the boat operator
- If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, a Florida boater safety card is required unless accompanied by a qualifying responsible cardholder; licensed captains are exempt
- A credit card is required for a $600 damage-deposit hold
- A fuel usage fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Wear the provided engine cut-off switch lanyard whenever operating above idle speed
- Remain in approved inshore waters; offshore Gulf waters, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and southern Pine Island are prohibited
- A $1,000 fee applies for operating in a prohibited area, with possible additional charges
- A waiver and acceptance of operating terms are required

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation at least 24 hours before standard rentals or 72 hours before holiday rentals. No refund after the applicable deadline. Full refund if a National Weather Service Small Craft Advisory prevents launch.

Daily rentals do not receive a refund or credit for returning before your scheduled end time.
Return or arrange collection of your multi-day boat rental by 5 p.m. on the final rental day, unless different arrangements have been made.
Bring coolers, food, drinks, and fishing rods. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but the driver cannot drink and drive.
