Know before you go
- The boat operator must be at least 21 years old
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need a valid boater safety card unless accompanied by a qualified cardholder; licensed captains are exempt
- Bring a photo of the boat operator's driver's license and required boating credential on rental day
- A credit card is required for a $600 damage-deposit hold
- You are responsible for a fuel usage fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- Operate only in approved inshore waters; offshore Gulf waters, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and southern Pine Island are prohibited
- A $1,000 fee applies for operating in a prohibited area, with possible additional charges
- Private home delivery is available only for multi-day rentals within 6 miles of Laishley Park Boat Ramp and costs $75
- Wear the provided engine cut-off switch link whenever operating above idle speed
- Complete the required waiver and terms acknowledgement before renting

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start for standard reservations and 72 hours before start for holiday reservations. No refund for cancellations within the required notice window. Full refund if the operator cannot launch boats due to a National Weather Service Small Craft Advisory.

Daily rentals do not receive a refund or credit for returning before your scheduled end time.
Return or arrange collection of your multi-day boat rental by 5 p.m. on the final rental day, unless different arrangements have been made.
Bring coolers, food, drinks, and fishing rods. Alcoholic beverages are allowed, but the driver cannot drink and drive.
