Cancel at least 72 hours ahead for a full refund or rescheduling. Later cancellations, same-day bookings, no-shows, and personal emergencies are non-refundable. Same-day bookings are final, including if you arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, late, or without valid government photo ID.
