Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before departure for a full refund or a 12-month gift certificate credit. Within 48 hours, late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable. Tours operate in light rain and typical Florida conditions; forecasts alone aren't grounds to cancel. If canceled due to weather, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. Once departed, all sales are final.
