Important details
- Renters must be age 21 or older
- Bring a photo driver’s license for the boat operator
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must hold an approved boater safety card or be accompanied by an adult cardholder responsible for safe operation
- A National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved out-of-state boating license is valid in Florida
- A credit card is required for a $600 damage-deposit hold
- A fuel usage fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Wear the supplied engine cut-off switch link whenever operating above idle speed
- Stay in approved inshore areas only; offshore Gulf waters, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and southern Pine Island are prohibited, and a $1,000 fee applies for prohibited-area operation
- A signed waiver and acceptance of safety and operating terms are required
- Private waterfront or dockside home delivery is available for multi-day rentals within 6 miles for an additional $75

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before standard rentals and 72 hours before holiday rentals. No refund after those deadlines. Full refund if a National Weather Service Small Craft Advisory prevents launch.

Yes. You may bring coolers, food, drinks, and fishing rods on your boat rental. Alcohol is allowed, but the driver cannot drink and drive.
Daily tritoon rentals returned before the scheduled end time do not receive a refund or credit. This policy does not apply to multi-day rentals.
