- Check in between 45 and 10 minutes before departure
- Sign a Release of Liability form if you are an adult; minors are exempt
- Participants ages 6–12 require an adult participant in the same kayak
- Maximum weight is 250 lbs per person and 500 lbs combined for two people per kayak
- Not suitable for people with mobility impairments, heart or serious medical conditions, back problems, pregnant women, or wheelchair users
- No participation if you show signs of drug or alcohol intoxication
- Marine activities are subject to sea and weather conditions

Private group excursions: cancel at least 7 days before the activity for a full refund.
