Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at least one full week before your trip gets a 100% refund. Cancellations between one week and 48 hours before your trip qualifies for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of your trip forfeits any refund.

FAQs
Plan for quick temperature changes. Bring or wear long-sleeve synthetic layers, a nylon windbreaker or splash jacket, a swimsuit or shorts, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat with a visor. Wear as little cotton as possible. Use sandals or old sneakers for footwear.
Use wetsuits, booties, and splash jackets if needed at no cost.
Arrive at 8:15am for the morning trip or 1:00pm for the afternoon trip. Trips depart on schedule.
