- Shuttle to the start of Rainbow River, departing every 30 minutes

- Reservations require an adult age 18 or older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Bring a photo ID to present at check-in.
- A deposit applies and is separate from the listed price. Bring a credit card to present for the deposit.
- The KP Hole entry fee is not included in the listed price. You'll pay $10.75 per person upon arrival; children 5 and under enter free. Cash is recommended for faster service. Launch fees are subject to change by Marion County Parks and Recreation.
- Bring food and nonalcoholic drinks only in non-disposable containers. Alcohol and disposable food or drink containers are prohibited on the river; violations will end your outing.
- For a 2pm departure, arrive by 1:45pm. Buses leave promptly at 2pm. If you arrive after 2pm, you'll launch from the private exit and paddle upriver. Closing time is 5pm.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are rebooked for a future time. No-shows receive no refund or rebooking after the scheduled start. The operator may cancel and rebook reservations due to inclement weather at its discretion.
