Important details

• Arrive 30 minutes early; allow up to 45 minutes early on weekends
• A $7 KP Hole Park admission fee is collected upon arrival and is not included in the listed price
• Every party member must complete and sign a waiver before entering a vessel
• Bring the physical credit card used for the booking and a matching ID in the same name
• Weight limits apply: clear kayaks 400 lbs per boat and 250 lbs per rider; solo sit-on-top kayaks 375 lbs; tandem sit-on-top kayaks 500 lbs; inflatable paddleboards 480 lbs
• Solo sit-on-top kayaks and paddleboards are for ages 14+ only
• Riders under 14 must ride with an adult in clear kayaks and tandem sit-on-top kayaks
• Do not bring disposable items on the river or use oil-based sunscreen
• Full-face masks and fins are available for an additional charge not included in the listed price
