Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 72+ hours before the scheduled date receive a full refund. Within 72 hours, you may reschedule. Same-day cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are not refundable. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot be accommodated. Weather or safety cancellations may be rescheduled.
