Important details
- Arrive 45 minutes before departure for check-in
- Drivers must be at least 16 years old, at least 60 inches tall, and hold a physical valid driver’s license
- Passengers must be at least 5 years old and 42 inches tall
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older
- Each UTV has a combined weight limit of 900 lbs
- Only one person may drive each UTV for the entire tour
- Wear closed shoes and long trousers
- The cardholder must present the physical card used for the reservation and matching state-issued photo ID at check-in
- Pets and service animals may join you but cannot participate in activities
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or changes for reservations booked within 24 hours of departure. No-shows are charged in full.
