Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your reservation for a full refund; 8–14 days for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days and no-shows are charged in full. For a marine weather alert, hurricane, or tropical storm before boarding, receive a full refund. If you board but cannot depart due to weather, receive a 50% refund; no refund after departure.
