Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before. 50% refund 8–14 days before. No refund within 7 days or for no-shows. If a marine weather alert or hurricane/tropical storm occurs before boarding, reschedule or full refund. If boarded but can’t leave: 50% refund. If you depart and return due to weather: no refund.
