Important details

• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled encounter; late arrivals forfeit the up-close encounter
• Children under 3 must be held inside the reindeer pen
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a reindeer encounter ticket
• Leave strollers and car seats outside the encounter area
• Do not run or horseplay during the encounter
• Follow staff instructions throughout the encounter
• Keep your hands below your head, do not touch antlers, and keep camera flash off
• If you have been around goats or sheep, change your clothes and shoes before visiting the farm
• Participation is at your own risk
