Driver must be 25+ with prior boat operating experience; if the driver cannot safely operate, the boat will not be rented and no refund is given. Drivers born on or after 1988 must have a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) approved boater license. A $200 deposit is taken at check-in; contract rule violations forfeit the deposit and damages beyond it are extra.

Cancellation Policy
Single day renters get a full refund with 7+ days notice. Multi day renters get a full refund with 14+ days notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations without the stated notice are charged in full.
