Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours in advance for a refund. No refunds for weather-related reasons. Cancellations prior to delivery day are subject to a minimum 10% charge once payment is processed. Cancellations received 48 hours before delivery day will be charged the minimal rental period.

Match your bike to the recommended fit notes: choose the 26" adult cruiser if you're about 5'2"–6'3", and the 24" adult cruiser if you're about 4'4"–5'1". The tandem, trike, and several kids options also list recommended age, height, and weight limits.
Choose the 26" adult cruiser if you want a free child seat. It holds up to 40 pounds and you select it at checkout. Child seats are not available on the 24" adult cruiser.
No. The bike trailer, cargo trailer, and Tail Wagon dog trailer must be ordered with an adult bike.
