Itinerary

After check-in:

• Patrons will be grouped together with other general admission goers.
• Your tour guide will go over a few simple safety rules.
• Then your guide take you on a tour of our facility.
• We'll allow a few minutes at the end to clean up, wash hands and visit the gift shop.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Wash your hands after touching animals and before eating
• Do not open enclosures or touch animals on the head or face
