No refunds or exchanges. Rescheduling is possible in extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Visits operate rain or shine. If you don't show up, you'll be charged the full price.

Yes. The facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Visit daily from 9 AM to 5 PM from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, or 10 AM to 5 PM after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Shows begin at 10 AM, 11:30 AM, 1 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4 PM. Shows and some exhibit availability change seasonally; you'll receive facility and show details on arrival.
You'll be notified in the rare event of a closure due to severe weather, a power outage, or another unexpected disruption.
