- Do not smoke, vape, drink alcohol, or use loud devices on sanctuary grounds
- Clean up after yourself if you bring outside food
- Expect hours, area access, feeding opportunities, and animal visibility to vary with weather, animal health, or emergencies

Cancel at least 3 days before your visit for a full refund. Full refund if the sanctuary cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
