- Arrive on time; late arrivals may not be accommodated due to maximum occupancy

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
FAQs
All tasters must be of legal drinking age. Children may join without a tasting ticket. Any adult participating in the tasting needs a ticket, including non-drinkers; tastings cannot be shared.
Service animals are allowed, but pets are not permitted.
When weather permits, the tasting may be held on the deck overlooking Seneca Lake and the vineyard.
