- Arrive at least 5 minutes before class to check in and prepare
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable, including cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Requests with less notice may not be accommodated. If the operator cancels or reschedules a class due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered rescheduling at no additional charge.
