Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and setup. There are no bathrooms on the river; facilities are available before and after. You must be able to walk on uneven, slippery terrain, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

48+ hrs before departure: refund minus 10% administrative fee. Less than 48 hrs: no refund; full payment forfeited. No-shows: full payment forfeited. If KBA cancels due to weather: full refund of booking payments made.
