- Do not enter the dock without a crew member to escort you
- The primary renter must be age 21+, present a valid driver's license, and remain aboard throughout the rental
- Travelers under 21 must be accompanied by someone age 21+
- Children age 12 and under must wear a United States Coast Guard-approved life jacket throughout the trip
- Personal life jackets must be United States Coast Guard-approved
- The designated captain may not consume alcohol; alcoholic drinks must be 15% alcohol by volume or lower
- A waiver is required

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are issued only when Retro Boat Rentals DC determines weather is unsuitable for boating. Cool temperatures and cloudy skies do not qualify. Guest-initiated cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
