Cancellation Policy
In-store pickup rental equipment reservations: 24 hour notice is required for a full refund. You can reschedule up to the time of your booking (subject to availability). No-shows are not refunded. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
