Itinerary

• Check-in & Gear Fitting: Arrive at the Rio Grande location for check-in and safety briefing. All gear will be fitted by the staff.
• Zipline Adventure: Experience eight ziplines through the rainforest canopy, including the longest zipline in the area.
• End of Tour: After the last zipline, return to the starting point for gear removal.

Important details

• Ages 8+ only; children must be at least 4 feet (48 inches) tall
• Weight limit 250 lbs; you must fit the harness, helmet, and required equipment
• Requires reasonably good health, climbing straight ladders, walking uphill over uneven ground, and manually crossing a cable if needed
• Requires standing on platforms up to 200 feet high without hyperventilating, vomiting, or fainting
• Complete the required electronic waiver and fitness declaration before arrival
• Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact
• Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and water shoes are not allowed, and long hair must be tied back
• Not recommended during pregnancy; intoxicated people cannot participate
• Arrange your own transportation to the property
• Expect the tour to run in rain; unsafe weather may result in rescheduling or a refund
