- Children under 12 require an accompanying parent or legal guardian who remains responsible for them throughout the experience

- Wear closed-toe, non-slip footwear, such as water shoes or tennis shoes; flip-flops are not allowed
- Follow your guide's instructions throughout the experience. Unsafe or disruptive behavior can lead to removal from the tour
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before the start for a 50% refund, excluding transaction, processing or credit card fees. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. No refunds if you voluntarily leave after the tour starts. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, you'll be offered rescheduling or a full refund.
