Important details
- Ages 5+ only. Children ages 5–10 may ride in a tandem kayak with an adult.
- Weight capacity: 300 lbs per single kayak and 450 lbs per tandem kayak.
- Requires the physical ability and paddling skills needed to use the kayak safely.
- A liability waiver is required. A parent or legal guardian must give consent and sign for participants under 18.
- Returns more than 10 minutes late incur an additional hour's rental charge, not included in the listed price.
- Charges apply for lost paddles and damage to life jackets or boats caused by misuse. These charges are not included in the listed price.
- Carry a life jacket on every boat. Children ages 13 and under must wear one at all times.
- Return all equipment in its original condition and have a staff member check it in. You remain responsible for equipment damage or loss if it is not checked in by staff.
- Arrive promptly for your scheduled rental.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable unless the operator cancels for weather or unsafe conditions; you can then choose a refund or future-use voucher. Trips run rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. Rain, clouds, cooler temperatures, late arrivals and no-shows do not qualify for refunds. Customer cancellations incur a 15% processing fee.
