Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. No refund if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, even if the rescheduled date gets cancelled. Groups of 5 or more incur a 15% rebooking fee. Operator may cancel for safety, weather, or undersubscription.

Yes. Everyone age 16+ must have a valid California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CaDFW) sportfishing license. If you buy your license in advance, bring it printed or have it in the CaDFW mobile app—emails and screenshots are not accepted.
