Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. No refunds within 72 hours. Rescheduling within 72 hours incurs a 50% rebooking fee. Late arrivals receive no refund or rescheduling credit.

Use the portable toilet in the parking lot before departure. No other restroom facilities are available until you return from the tour.
