Expect a ramp and a few steps to board, plus 4 steep steps to reach the restroom level. Crew gratuity is customary; bring cash if you wish to tip (Venmo accepted).
Cancel at least 48 hours before your sail for a full refund. Once inside 48 hours, tickets are refunded only if the operator cancels the sail because of weather.

Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and a sweater in cooler months. Dress up or dress down, but remove high heels at the gangplank.
Expect a ramp and a few steps to board. Reaching the restroom level requires a set of 4 somewhat steep steps (more like a ladder). If you’re somewhat ambulatory, the crew can assist. A rascal or personal chair can be locked to the dock and/or brought aboard if two crew members can lift it.
