Things to know
No outside alcohol is permitted onboard, and smoking or vaping is prohibited. The boat is not wheelchair accessible. Children under 30 lbs must bring their own life jacket.
Cancellation Policy
All sales final unless you buy refundable tickets. Refundable tickets can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before departure; no changes within 3 hours. If Tropical Sailing cancels for any reason, you can reschedule or get a refund.
FAQs
Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure to check in. If you have not checked in at least 15 minutes before the posted departure time, the operator may resell your seat and you will not receive a refund due to tardiness.
Bring your own food and soft drinks if you’d like, but do not bring outside alcohol. Glass bottles are not allowed, and the operator discourages coolers (bring a small bag instead).
Wear casual clothes and avoid high heels (shorts, T-shirts, caps, etc.). Bring a camera. If your child weighs under 30 lbs, bring your own child-size life jacket.
